TeamSnap Help

Tri-City has recently deployed the popular TeamSnap application for registration and team management, eliminating the need for individual teams to use other apps to manage team communication, scheduling. With the app, you can easily message with other members of your team regardless of what device they use and you can also post and share photos. You can also RSVP for events using the app.

This page is designed to help you navigate through and use some of the most important features of TeamSnap. If you want a more in depth look at all the features, you can go to TeamSnap's help page.

Download the mobile app

Although you can sign in to TeamSnap using their website, we believe the best experience for day-to-day use is with their smartphone app. You can download the app for either Android or iOS using the links below.

Please be sure to sign in with the account you used to register your child(ren) for the season. If you did everything properly, you'll be able to see your teams populated in the app.

Subscribing to the calendar

One of the best features of TeamSnap is the ability to subscribe to the calendar. This is particularly useful if you want to have it automatically update on the native calendar on your phone. Below are some useful tips about how to do this on your iPhone, Android, or if you want to integrate it with Google Calendar.

iPhone

Step 1: Tap on Schedule button at the bottom row.

Step 2: Tap on the Export button at the top left (with the arrow pointing up, just underneath the clock). As soon as you tap the icon, a popup window will show up asking you to subscribe.

Step 3: Hit the Subscribe button.

Step 4: Verify that it's in your iOS (iPhone or iPad) calendar. Open your Calendar app and you should see events on the days you should expect (practices, games, etc).

If you don't see it, you can tap on the Calendars button at the bottom of your Calendar app and make sure your subscribed calendar is switched on. In the image below, G4 is the Tri-City subscribed calendar. You can do this for multiple teams if you have multiple kids on different teams in TeamSnap. You'll have to subscribe to them individually and they will show up here.

Android/Google Calendar

TeamSnap has a great tutorial on their website about how to do this.
